Directions to Clemson Downs
From Atlanta on I-85
If you are traveling North on I-85 into Anderson, take Exit 19A onto US Hwy 76, travel for 6 miles and veer right on SC Business 28 through the Town of Pendleton. After you drive through Pendleton you will go under a railroad trestle then over a short bridge. Turn on your 1st right onto Issaqueena Trail. You will continue on Issaqueena Trail for approximately 1/4 of a mile. Turn onto the 4th left which is Berkeley Drive, continue on Berkeley for 1/2 of a mile and Clemson Downs is on the right. The street sign is Downs Boulevard.
From Greenville on I-85
If you are traveling south on I-85 into Anderson, take Exit 19B onto US Hwy 76, travel for 6 miles and veer right onto SC Business 28 through the Town of Pendleton. From Greenville on Hwy 123
If you are traveling on Hwy 123 south through Easley toward Clemson. Take the Issaqueena Trail exit off of 123. (You will see a sign that says Issaqueena Trail exit 1 mile.) At the top of the exit ramp turn left. Go across the overpass and follow Issaqueena Trail for 1 ½ mile to Berkeley Drive. Turn right on Berkeley Drive and the entrance to Clemson Downs is about ½ mile on the right. The street sign is Downs Boulevard.
From Seneca, Westminster and Walhalla
Take 123 into Clemson and go through Clemson, pass the University Inn on the right. The next exit is the Central, Norris exit. At the top of the exit turn right. Immediately get into the left lane as the next street light you will turn left onto Frontage Road. When you reach the stop sign turn right onto Berkeley Drive. The entrance to Clemson Downs is the second subdivision on the left, about ¼ mile. The street sign is Downs Boulevard.
